ADR & Mediation Services
ADR is any type of procedure used voluntarily by parties to resolve disputes. ADR procedures can include Mediation, Arbitration or Conciliation. The use of ADR process allows disputes to be resolved by means of flexible Mediation methods.
ADR & Mediation is a cost-efficient and expedient method for both parties to resolve a dispute without having to go to court.
Many private disputes can be addressed through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms including succession, title, property and land disputes, personal abuse claims and family law issues.
We advise clients on when it is appropriate to use alternative dispute resolution methods and guide clients through the entire process.
We can also act as mediators between parties, facilitate the holding of mediations and seek to achieve a resolution of the dispute to the satisfaction of both parties.
