We have significant experience in relation to all matters pertaining to Trade Union Law.
Kent Carty acted on behalf of the Plaintiff in the McConnell -V- NEETU cases, which were seminal decisions in Irish Law in the area of natural and constitutional justice.
We acted on behalf of the NTDU in relation to judicial review proceedings on behalf of its members relative to deregulation of the taxi industry.
We have also advised unions about their obligations under Trade Union Legislation.
In addition, we have advised on the establishment of trade unions and the requirements of the Registrar of Friendly Societies.
